Summer is finally in full swing. Every day I look forward to thinking about what dishes I can offer you to enjoy during this season.

This dish is a crispy skin-on barracuda with wild vegetables, okra, or zucchini. It is served with a burnt butter sauce. The vegetables to which it is paired express a slightly different sense of seasonality.
