Porcini Mushroom Flan – Sauteed Fresh Porcini Mushrooms and Autumn Truffles

Dried porcini mushrooms are made into a rich paste. This dish is served in a Western-style chawanmushi (steamed egg custard) style without cream.
It is the perfect autumn taste when eaten with sautéed fresh porcini mushrooms and the mellow aroma of truffles.
